Brilliant customer service

I'd made a large order of four necklaces and a pair of earrings (that also granted me two mystery enamel pins for free) and they were sent to me the next day and arrived the day after. They're gorgeous designs and are made to a high standard of quality.
Unfortunately one of the pendants I received wasn't one I'd ordered and when I notified Papio Press of the mistake, Harry said he would send out the correct necklace to me -- and let me keep the incorrect necklace as well! What was even better was that, along with the correct necklace, the parcel also contained a lovely panda sticker and a charming red panda keyring. I'm incredibly pleased with the items I've received and Harry's customer service skills.
I look forward to future necklace designs and I will definitely look into the wide range of art prints they sell too.
