  • You can return any item that was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You cannot return times that were free or purchased longer than 30 days ago.
  • Customers are responsible for returns and their cost. If the reason for the return is our fault (e.g. we sent the wrong item) we will cover the cost of the return. 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days after receiving your item.
