I got another mystery necklace, this time in silver. I absolutely adore it. I can't see any imperfections considering these are mystery seconds. Even though they can't guarantee what you'll get, they always try to accommodate if you have a preference.

This necklace is absolutely beautiful. I have worn it everyday since receiving it. (Two weeks ago.) The quality is amazing, the details are so very pretty, and it makes the softest little fairy bell noise when it moves. I adore it so much. I also accidentally ordered the other fox charm they have when I meant to order this one. Harry was lovely at helping me get that other order cancelled. Top notch customer service.

The pendant itself is super cute and a nice size, not too big or small. The quality of the pendant is good too! The packaging it came in was good quality and super cute too. Customer service was really nice and timely :D Would definately repurchase from them again!
The hoops are not super secure, I had one come open during the first wear, and the charm got lost, while the hoop stayed in my ear.

I'm sorry to hear about your lost charm. The fit of the hoops can be adjusted to be loose or tight (by adjusting the catch), so it looks like yours was quite loose.
This shouldn't have happened so I've sent you a replacement hoop and charm as an apology.

It is a stunning unique piece ! I love the jackalope with all the designs on him. He’s not too big or too small. I love the details and the little tinkle sound it makes on the silver chain it sounds magical.
I've kept this necklace on since the day it arrived, It's my absolute favorite. It's survived every shift at work, concerts, parties, my daily routine, etc, and has tolerated it all beautifully with no damage despite me snagging or pulling it admittedly often. Amazing quality and a lovely design.
